Yoga in the Redwoods
Join Meghan Zimmerman this summer for an evening of Yoga in the Redwoods. We’ll move though an invigorating flow followed by a meditation full of gratitude for the breath we breathe, our community, and the ancient trees around us.

Vita 5K:
Join 13-time marathon runner Erik Douglas and others in the Vita Community for a 5K walk or run around Oakland! We will be starting off in front of Vita at 8:30am, finishing in Colby Park (10 minute walk to Vita). First places wins 3 classes, second place wins 2 and third place wins 1. (Men - only first place, win 3 classes) **Babysitting available for $10 per child at the park. Email here to reserve.

Wine and Cheese at the Barre
Before Katy opened Vita, she had plans to open a cheese shop. Though a wine and cheese bar popping up in Rockridge isn’t completely out of the question, she’ll humor her husband for now and stick to just one small business. So, come take a 45 min Barre class followed by the ins and outs of pairing wines with cheeses! We’ll have a NA bottle of wine to pair with as well. **Limited space available
